Return and Refund Policy

Cut/ Picked flowers are perishable from the moment they are cut/picked from the living plant and are subject to variable conditions such as weather, placement, air quality, watering, and general care. Due to the perishable nature of cut/picked products, plants, and flowers, and all the factors and variable conditions that affect lifespan, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund at this time

We will give thoughtful consideration to requests for a refresh, exchange, or credit of our products and services. We have established this return/credit policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders, credits, or refunds are processed:

Floral items are in full responsibility of the customer upon departure from The Maui Lei Stand Please inspect your order upon reception and inform us immediately if items are damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Items not delivered by The Maui Lei Stand are non-refundable due to the potential for mistreatment such as being left in a car or improper transport or jostling. This means whether properly cared for or neglected, The Maui Lei Stand is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after departing from The Maui Lei Stand’s possession.

Order Policy

7 days notice for Custom orders or rush order fee will be applied

3 days notice required for Standard orders or rush order fee will be applied

However, until you have talked to a representative dates are not guaranteed.

Full payment including shipping (if applicable) is required at checkout

Orders are Non- fundable at this time

Rush Fee Policy

Any order less than 7 days notice for Custom Orders and 3 days for standard orders is considered rush order

Rush fees and orders are non-refundable

Full payment including rush fee will be required upfront at checkout

Up to 250 flowers/foliage - is $20 a lei

After 250 flowers/foliage it’s a flat rush fee of $50 for Lei and $25 for Loose

buk Flower minimum and order policy

Minimum quantity is 500 and can be ordered in increments of 50

We include 15% overage to cover any unviable flowers

Bulk flowers are non-refundable

Loose bulk flowers have a flat rush fee of $25
